She supported a company’s growth from a 10-person startup to a 250-employee
agency, managing financial operations for portfolios up to $60M and guiding the
accounting technology evolution from spreadsheets to QuickBooks to Oracle. She
prepared that company for sale by strengthening financial controls, standardizing
reporting, and delivering clean, audit-ready financials.
With expertise spanning budgeting, forecasting, accounts receivable/payable, financial
compliance, and operational optimization, Kacie brings a rare blend of strategic insight
and hands-on execution. She also works in the nonprofit sector and founded and ran
